Machinist wanted in Young County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a machinist in Young County, Texas. Your main tasks: • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory Full-time with occasional weekends.
