Gantry crane operator wanted in Ogemaw County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Ogemaw County, Michigan. You will be based on a busy construction site. The role involves carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Strong attention to safety and load limits Pay around $24 per hour, based on your experience.
