Great opportunity: baker (Mississippi)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Pearl River County, Mississippi. Your main tasks: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Score the top of loaves before baking • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Full-time, day shift.
