Powder coating line operator • Hawkins County, Tennessee

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Hawkins County, Tennessee. Day to day you will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
