Immediate opening: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Gratiot County, Michigan. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts The role involves: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature 3+ years on the tools preferred.
