On a typical shift you will maintain an accurate headcount against the passenger manifest; help load luggage on airport and hotel runs; follow fixed pick-up and drop-off routes to a set timetable; pick up and drop staff at designated stops on schedule; reroute around roadworks and diversions while keeping to time.
