You should have: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements Day to day you will carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
