Urgent requirement: cnc setter-operator (Tennessee)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Hamblen County, Tennessee. You will be based at a busy machine shop. What we are looking for: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code Your main tasks: • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $180 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
