Scaffold fitter — McMinn County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scaffold fitter in McMinn County, Tennessee. The job is at a shipyard. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Working-at-height / PASMA training an advantage On the job you will handle: • Lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips • Handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out • Inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform • Dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
