The role involves: • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour Requirements: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing 2+ years on the tools preferred.
