Furniture maker wanted in Shelby County

Join our team: we are hiring a furniture maker in Shelby County, Iowa. You will be based at a shopfitting company. On a typical shift you will apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions. You should have: • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
