Skimming plasterer • Gentry County, Missouri

We are recruiting: we are hiring a skimming plasterer in Gentry County, Missouri. Day-to-day duties: • Check walls for plumb and level as you go • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork Requirements: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • CSCS card or willing to obtain one • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
