Ironing operator — Fisher County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an ironing operator in Fisher County, Texas. Day to day you will shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases Six days a week, one day off.
