The role involves: • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy Requirements: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
