Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Wyandotte County, Kansas. On the job you will handle: • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand Requirements: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
