Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pastry baker in Nez Perce County, Idaho. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes You will score the top of loaves before baking; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Contact us to fix an interview.
