Butcher — Kolokuma/Opokuma

We are recruiting: we are hiring a butcher in Kolokuma/Opokuma, Bayelsa State. The role involves weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; season and marinate meat on request. What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. ₦135,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
