Flat roof installer — O'Brien County

Now hiring: we are hiring a flat roof installer in O'Brien County, Iowa. You will work at a roofing and cladding contractor. Day to day you will fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens; bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; insulate and ventilate the roof void; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling. Ideal candidate: • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
