We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Cherokee County, North Carolina. You will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
