Shuttering carpenter — Marion County

Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Marion County, Iowa. You will be based on a residential housebuilding project. You should have: • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers Your main tasks: • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw 3+ years on the tools preferred.
