Ideal candidate: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Willing to work shifts and overtime The role involves tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls.
