Vacancy available: we are hiring a smash repairer in Lexington County, South Carolina. Day to day you will straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour. You should have: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench 6+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $260 per day plus benefits.
