Immediate opening: we are hiring a wood machinist in Carroll County, Georgia. The job is at a kitchen and furniture manufacturer. Your main tasks: • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board What we are looking for: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Own basic hand tools • Good eye for detail and a clean finish 5+ years on the tools preferred.
