Gas commissioning technician — Nash County

Join our team: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Nash County, North Carolina. The role involves: • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply Requirements: • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer $220 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
