PVC profile cutter — Botetourt County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a PVC profile cutter in Botetourt County, Virginia. The job is on a window-and-door production line. The role involves: • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router Requirements: • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop 2+ years on the tools preferred.
