Powder coating operator • Allen County, Indiana

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Allen County, Indiana. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. The role involves run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime $230 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
