Join our team: we are hiring an industrial painter in Essex County, New Jersey. The job is in a factory paint shop. The role involves: • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps You should have: • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
