Now hiring: we are hiring a collision repair technician in Carroll County, Ohio. You will be based at a paint and panel shop. The role involves buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains. Requirements: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
