On the job you will handle: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Rotating shifts.
