Milling machine operator • Ikot Abasi, Akwa Ibom State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Ikot Abasi, Akwa Ibom State. Requirements: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Able to grind and set HSS cutters The role involves: • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
