Bar bender and fixer • Queen Anne's County, Maryland

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Queen Anne's County, Maryland. You will be based on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. Your main tasks: • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat Ideal candidate: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) 1+ years on the tools preferred.
