Production assembler — City of Lynchburg

Join our team: we are hiring a production assembler in City of Lynchburg, Virginia. You will work at an automotive parts factory. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts On a typical shift you will log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position; fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts.
