On a typical shift you will buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line. Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports Six days a week, one day off.
