Elevator repair technician wanted in Yancey County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Yancey County, North Carolina. The role involves: • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy Requirements: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
