Immediate opening: meat cutter (North Carolina)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat cutter in Stanly County, North Carolina. The job is in a hotel or restaurant butchery. What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter On the job you will handle: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders We offer $4,800 per month plus benefits.
