Now hiring: we are hiring an argon welder in Echols County, Georgia. You will be based at a busy sheet-metal workshop. Your main tasks: • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required Requirements: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection Rotating shifts.
