Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level You will fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust.
