Now hiring: we are hiring a deboner in Saline County, Arkansas. You will work at a halal meat counter. Your main tasks: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Season and marinate meat on request • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
