Aluminium workshop fabricator — Champaign County

Join our team: we are hiring an aluminium workshop fabricator in Champaign County, Ohio. You will work at a busy aluminium fabrication workshop. You should have: • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes • Accurate to the millimetre on cuts and mitre joints • Physically able to lift and carry heavy glass and profiles Day to day you will erect curtain walling, shopfronts and partitions on site; anchor frames to brick or RCC openings with fixing lugs and dash fasteners; check frames for plumb, level and square before fixing; fix handles, hinges, friction stays, locks and multipoint hardware; drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $29 per hour, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
