Join our team: we are hiring a port container crane operator in Franklin County, Kentucky. You should have: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes Day-to-day duties: • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius Six days a week, one day off.
