Glass fitter • Fika, Yobe State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a glass fitter in Fika, Yobe State. What we are looking for: • Proven experience as a glazier or glass fitter • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units Your main tasks: • Apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass • Handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame • Grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris • Read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts • Install toughened and laminated safety glass • Fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames 4+ years on the tools preferred.
