Concrete worker • Sierra County, New Mexico

We are recruiting: we are hiring a concrete worker in Sierra County, New Mexico. You will work on a road and bridge project. The role involves strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms. Requirements: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers Full-time, day shift.
