Roofing technician wanted in Lake and Peninsula Borough

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a roofing technician in Lake and Peninsula Borough, Alaska. You will be based at a roofing and cladding contractor. On a typical shift you will install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater. Requirements: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate 4+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
