We are recruiting: we are hiring a pipe lagger in Yates County, New York. What we are looking for: • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles Day-to-day duties: • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
