We are recruiting: gas service engineer (Illinois)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas service engineer in Mercer County, Illinois. You will work on commercial and industrial sites. On a typical shift you will test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge. Ideal candidate: • Driving licence for travel between sites • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders Performance bonus on top of base pay.
