Pot washer — Tazewell County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pot washer in Tazewell County, Illinois. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. You will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Part-time with flexible hours.
