Roof repair specialist — Morgan County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a roof repair specialist in Morgan County, Illinois. You will work on re-roofing and repair jobs. Requirements: • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate Day to day you will replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens; solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets; erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling. 1+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
