Abattoir worker wanted in Hunterdon County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Hunterdon County, New Jersey. Day-to-day duties: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Six days a week, one day off.
