Earthmoving equipment operator • Seward County, Nebraska

Vacancy available: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Seward County, Nebraska. You will work at a busy earthworks site. You will form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; refuel the machine and record running hours. What we are looking for: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems Rotating shifts. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
