Immediate opening: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in Culpeper County, Virginia. You will work at a cold storage facility. You will carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness. Ideal candidate: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Willing to travel between sites Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
